Research has shown that exercise is a great help to weight loss and it's also an excellent way to improve your overall health.

We won't ask you to give up what you are currently doing, but you'll want to add GLOW's suggested exercises to your routine.

GLOW has just three exercises.  None are strenuous.  Every one of them is great for increasing metabolism, improving muscle tone and helping the heart and lungs.  All three are fun, they’re gentle and they require no expensive equipment.
